Using 321 Estimate

321 Estimate provides photo-based vehicle-damage estimates and information to help you understand possible next steps after an accident. Please provide accurate information and upload only images you own or have permission to use.

Photo-based estimates are preliminary, may include a repair contingency, and cannot identify every hidden issue. They are not final repair quotes, insurance coverage decisions, or guarantees of payment. An in-person inspection may be needed to determine actual repairs and costs.

Any injury-related screening range is illustrative. It is not a settlement valuation, a promise of recovery, or legal or medical advice. Submitting an estimate request does not create an attorney-client relationship or require another provider to accept your matter.

SMS Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply if you choose to enroll in text messages from 321 Estimate. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of obtaining an estimate or purchasing a service. Providing your phone number through the estimate form alone does not enroll you in the messaging program.

  1. Messages you may receive. After you opt in, you may receive texts about your estimate status, updates related to your request, follow-up arrangements, and photo, information, or document needs associated with your request.
  2. Canceling messages. You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out. After that, we will not send further messages through the program unless you choose to enroll again through the opt-in process.
  3. Getting help. Reply HELP for messaging assistance, or contact us at contact@accidentservice.net.
  4. Carrier delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability.
  5. Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies according to your estimate request and follow-up needs. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
  6. Privacy. Read our Privacy Policy for information about collection, use, sharing, and your choices. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
