321 Estimate
Last updated: October 15, 2026

321 Estimate ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect through 321estimate.com, how we use and share it, and how you can contact us about your information.

Information We Collect

You can browse our website without completing an estimate request. When you use our forms or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, accident date and location, symptom or pain selections, responsibility selections, vehicle-damage photos, and information you include in your communications.

Form drafts: information you enter may be saved as you type or move between steps, even if you do not complete the final submission. This helps us keep track of an estimate request and provide follow-up support.

Our website and its service providers may also collect technical information such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device information, pages visited, referring URLs, access times, cookies, and interactions with the website. Some of this information can identify you or be linked to you; it is not necessarily anonymous.

Please upload vehicle-damage photos only. Avoid including unnecessary faces, identification documents, payment information, medical records, or other sensitive information about yourself or other people.

How We Use Information

We use information to prepare and display photo-based damage estimates and related screening information, respond to requests, provide service updates, coordinate requested assistance, maintain records, protect the website, prevent misuse, and improve our services. We also use website activity information to measure advertising and understand how visitors interact with the site.

If you separately opt in to a text messaging program, we may use your phone number to send the types of messages described when you enroll. Entering a phone number in an estimate form does not, by itself, enroll you in SMS messages.

How We Share Information

We share request information with our designated intake, estimate, and support recipients, and with providers that help us operate the service. The estimate process uses Google Workspace services for email notifications, spreadsheets, and file storage, and OpenAI for photo analysis. The photo-analysis request includes vehicle images and the city and state used to provide local repair context. Hosting, security, and communication providers may also process information to support the service.

Contact and request information may be included in notifications to the personnel or organizations assisting with your request. Any separate service you arrange with another provider is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of our users, our business, or others.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share the information necessary to operate the messaging program with providers that deliver messages or support the service. This does not give those providers permission to use your SMS consent for their own marketing.

You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. For messaging assistance, reply HELP or email contact@accidentservice.net. See our Terms of Service for the messaging program details.

Cookies, Advertising, and Website Activity

We use cookies and similar technologies for website operation, private result access, security, and advertising measurement. The website includes the Meta Pixel, which can share page visits and interactions with Meta, such as form-step activity, submission events, and estimate-result events. Meta may also receive browser, device, and network information and associate website activity with information it holds about you.

We also use Contentsquare to understand interactions with our public pages through heatmaps and session replay, including clicks, scrolling, and navigation. Contentsquare may process device, browser, network, and cookie information. Our integration masks form content, removes URL query strings from Contentsquare pageview and referrer data, and does not load on private estimate-result pages. Learn more about Contentsquare's privacy practices.

You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through the relevant advertising provider. These controls may not stop every type of data collection, and blocking necessary cookies may prevent access to your private estimate result. Our website does not currently respond automatically to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Contact us if you wish to make a privacy request.

How Long Information Is Kept

Private estimate links generally remain available for about one hour. Temporary local photo copies are removed after successful delivery; photos retained for failed deliveries become eligible for scheduled cleanup after 24 hours. Delivery-processing records become eligible for cleanup after seven days. Operational or scheduling delays can extend these temporary periods.

These periods do not apply to saved form drafts, contact records, email messages, cloud-stored photos or spreadsheets, or backups. Those records are retained separately for service follow-up, recordkeeping, security, or applicable legal obligations. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including secure connections and access controls, to protect information. No website, email system, or storage method can guarantee complete security. Keep your private estimate link confidential and share it only with people you intend to authorize to view the result.

Submitting information to 321 Estimate does not create an attorney-client relationship or make the communication legally privileged. Do not use the website to send confidential legal advice requests or information unrelated to your estimate request.

Your Choices and Requests

You may choose not to complete a form, although this may prevent us from providing an estimate. To ask about information already saved, request a correction or deletion, or stop non-essential email communications, contact contact@accidentservice.net. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law, including any exceptions that require us to retain information.

Opting out of text messages does not automatically delete existing estimate records or stop necessary communications through other channels. You can send a separate privacy request to the email address above.
